Description

Second hand La Monferrina P3 fresh pasta machine, in good condition, dated 2023 and supplied with a 3-month warranty.
This automatic pasta machine is suitable for processing all types of flour and semolina, and is ideal for producing short and long pasta, which is achieved by simply changing the die. The pasta machine is simple and efficient to operate; the external structure is made of anodized aluminum, and the parts in contact with the pasta are made of stainless steel. The machine is equipped with a control panel and complies with current accident prevention regulations.
La Monferrina P3 pasta machine can also produce ravioli using a fixed mould and/or gnocchi using the optional Ravioli and Gnocchi group accessories, which can be purchased separately.

La Monferrina P3 pasta machine comes with a Spaghetti Ø1,7 mm die.

Lineapasta provides its customers with a user guide and a paper pasta recipe book, created by our pasta technician, for use with our professional machines.
