Description

Second hand La Monferrina 170 mm ravioli group (year 2024), in good condition and supplied with a six-month warranty. The ravioli group can produce 40x50 mm rectangular ravioli and can be combined with the Monferrina P6, P12, P.Nuova, Pidue, and Cilindro models.
The two 170 mm-wide sheets required for production can be obtained either with the previously mentioned machines or using a standard pasta sheeter. The external structure is made of anodized aluminum and the parts in contact with the dough are made of stainless steel.
