Imperia Restaurant Electronic Professional pasta sheeter (year 2025), used for laboratory testing, it has some very light marks on the front panel (as shown in the photo), but these do not affect the machine's proper functioning. The pasta sheeter comes with a 6-month warranty.
This Restaurant Electronic pasta sheeter can produce 220 mm pasta sheets, it is equipped with a knob for adjusting the thickness (from 0 to 5 mm) and a potentiometer for adjusting the roller rotation speed. The pasta sheeter can be combined with the appropriate Simplex cutters (sold separately) for producing pasta shapes such as tagliatelle, trenette, fettuccine, lasagnette, etc. The pasta sheeter includes a crank and two attachment pins for the Simplex cutters.

Lineapasta provides, together with the machines and only to its customers, a user guide together with a pasta recipe book in paper format, to be used with our professional machines, created by our pasta technician.
