The product arrived earlier than expected. We placed the order at the end of March and it arrived in mid-April. This was a great advantage for our factory, which was out of stock due to damage. Communication via chat on the website is very effective. I'd say it made a difference, offering a more personal touch, rather than the impersonal nature of emails. El producto llego antes de lo esperado, realizamos la compra a fines de marzo y llego a mediados de abril. Lo cual fue muy beneficioso para nuestra fábrica que no contaba con la pieza ya que estaba dañada. La comunicación por el chat de la página web es muy efectiva. Podría decir que hizo la diferencia, con un trato mas cercano y no tan distante como lo son los mails. Muchas gracias por su servicio, muy satisfecho.
