Servizio stupendo, preciso e dettagliato. Ristorante in Vietnam, quindi pensavo di dover aspettare chissà quanto per ricevere il prodotto. Invece dal pagamento in 10 giorni la macchina era operativa al ristorante. Servizio completo di alto livello.

Great machine, even if the foam packaging was not so great, so many little pices of foam fell apart into the motor unit took hours to clean it all out. The tool for removing die should not be painted as the paint falls off from tool, its better to keep it unpainted in stainless steel. Otherwise its a great product.

The machine is good also for a fast-paced restaurant , the only issue is about the lid. Unfortunately when you make the 2 kg dough, often it pushs the lid up and the machine stops because of the safety switch. We solved the problem with a weight on top of it, could be useful a kind of lock to block the lid during the process

Qualità del servizio perfetto e veloce nelle risposte e la Sig.ra Alice gentilissima. Per ora solo un problema con il pallet che lo abbiamo dovuto cambiare perchè non era fumigato.
Il prodotto ancora non lo abbiamo provato.

Lineapasta staff: abbiamo verificato, il pallet era fumigato. Probabilmente in dogana non hanno visto la timbratura sul pallet.

La qualité du service est impeccable. J'ai commandé des moules supplémentaires sans problèmes. Les pâtes produites par la machine n'atteignent pas la qualité des pâtes fraîches achetées. Ce ne sont pas aussi stables et elles ont tendance à se coller ensemble au point où vous obtenez une grande "boule". Pétrir avec beaucoup d'eau, aide. De plus, ajoutant également les pâtes à la sauce juste avant de servir est une bonne façon d'éviter cela.
Les fusilli par exemple ne sont pas aussi tordues que j'espérais et les macaroni souvent se cassent à la moitié. Cela pourrait être parce que je n'ai pas assez d'expérience encore.
Pour ceux d'entre vous qui lisent ceci, je suis un pur amateur avec aucune expérience dans la fabrication de pâtes en utilisant des extrudeuses. Je ne peux pas comparer mes résultats à d'autres fabricants de pâtes (ni en utilisant la même ou une autre machine).
