On-time delivery, machine in good condition and of good quality. Perfect dies. With a little more experience, I'll be able to make pasta properly. The machine is sturdy and allows for mistakes when adding flour and water. Cleaning, however, is time-consuming and requires special brushes to clean the dies.

A little gem! Very easy to assemble, use and clean. Excellent quality and amazing results. I only had to do several dough tests because each flour requires a different percentage of liquid. The wheat is my own production, so the satisfaction of seeing it perfectly worked by this machine was immense. It's been a month since I received La Fattorina with the automatic knife. It is an excellent machine, extremely robust, which produces an easy and uniform extrusion. The manual is very complete. It takes about 30 minutes to extrude 1.3 kg of fresh pasta. The automatic knife works well with dies with holes on the sides but not with those that extrude centrally (Orecchiette: automatic knife ok / Radiatori: return to manual knife).

Our recipe book contains basic recipes designed for those new to pasta machines and unfamiliar with ingredients and their proportions.
Recipes using specialty flours (such as gluten-free) should be tested directly on the machine, as each flour is treated differently, and therefore we are unable to provide a "universal" recipe that works with all less common flour types.

So far so good - shipping was extremely fast to Canada and very well packed. Our initial run had an issue as I believe ingredients should be briefly mixed before being placed in the extruder tank, otherwise dry flour sits in the auger channel and does not get blended with liquid causing things to clog. Once things started moving, the quality of extrusion was fantastic - electric knife timing will take some practice.

So glad I found Lineapasta! Less than half the price compared to buying the same machine within Canada, even after accounting for shipping from Italy and taxes. I purchased the La Fattorina for my wife as an anniversary gift, it's the perfect size for serving 4 to 8 people at home. The quality of the La Fattorina is very high, it is clearly commercial-grade quality in a small (but heavy!) package for home use. Lineapasta replied to my email inquiry very quickly, and the shipment arrived to me in Canada from Italy in 3 business days. The machine was very well packaged to prevent damage. Very satisfied customer from Canada, and we look forward to purchasing a bunch of new dies to try out different pasta shapes!

The pasta machine was shipped very quickly and arrived from Padua to the USA in about a week with great communication from the export agents Elena and Alice. We love the machine and making fresh pasta. The hopper lid creates a lot vibration noise and could benefit from a rubber lip to dampen the noise. I have ordered a total of 9 dies from Lineapasta which are offered at the best prices for these quality Italian brass components.
