Slicer AFG 350

Professional slicer AFG 350, suitable for commercial establishments such as restaurants, pizzerias or grocery stores. This gravity slicer allows the user to easily push the product along the blade tilted at 35° for a clean and precise cut. The AFG 350 model is equipped with a smooth blade of 35 cm placed at 49.5 mm from the head of the slicer, a blade extractor, water-tight pulley system, a stainless steel bolt with bayonet socket and a sharpener with lower protective tray. The AFG 350 slicer has a spacious support surface for the product to be cut, self-lubricating cast iron bushings to reduce friction between moving parts and vulcanized rubber bumpers to protect both the slicer and the operator from accidental shocks and damage. The control panel is equipped with plastic IP 67 knobs and buttons. The AFG 350 model has rounded lines without edges or visible screws to facilitate cleaning operations, all details are made of stainless steel and it rests on four rubber feet.
