Slicer AFG 300

Professional slicer AFG 300, suitable for commercial establishments such as pizzerias, restaurants or grocery stores. This gravity slicer allows the user to easily push the product along the blade tilted at 25° for a clean and precise cut. The AFG 300 model is equipped with a 30 cm smooth blade forged and hardened to high thickness, an incorporated sharpening in casting with double emery, a water protection for with pulley and an ergonomic and robust gauge plate support. The blade is widely spaced from the motor for easy cleaning. The AFG 300 slicer is equipped with a ventilated motor to avoid overheating and a sliding carriage on self-lubricating bushings and latched pins to ensure comfortable use during cutting. The AFG 300 model is made from anodized aluminum-alloy, while screws and slice blocks are manufactured in stainless steel according to current CE standards.
