Fimar "Berta" 35 kneading machine (year 2020) ideal for all leavened doughs. Using the innovative hook tool, it does not alter the temperature of the dough, improving its oxygenation.
Structure coated with scratch-resistant paint: bowl, tool and grating lid made of AISI 304 stainless steel. Equipped with lid for leavening. The warranty is not included in the price.
