Description
Toresani MR135 Cappelletti Machine for the production of cappelletti, completely overhauled with a 6-month warranty. This machine can produce approximately 30 kg/h of cappelletti weighing 3,3 grams each. It requires a 135 mm wide pasta sheet. The MR135 cappelletti machine is equipped with an automatic forming unit that lets the finished product slide directly onto the perforated pasta tray. The simple construction allows the individual parts to be dismantled for easy and complete cleaning.
The perforated pasta trays are not included with the machine.
