Description

Fresh pasta Dies for Vip 4 in brass/bronze alloy for the production of the pasta type depending on the format chosen.

Please note that the electronic cutter for short pasta cannot be used on some dies: special shapes that require a clean cut with the scraper or shapes that have a central extrusion insert.

These were a lot of fun to use, although sometimes hard to fully clean. However, soaking it for a little while in baking soda + citric acid removed any stubborn bits of leftover pasta.
