Fresh pasta Dies for PM 35 - Bottene in brass-bronze for the production of the pasta type depending on the chosen format.

Please note that the electronic cutter for short pasta cannot be used on some dies: special shapes that require a clean cut with the scraper or shapes that have a central extrusion insert.
