Description
Kit designed for the extrusion of ridged or smooth penne, specifically designed to work in combination with the P6 and P12 pasta machines. The penne kit consists of a penne die with a diameter of 89 mm (with teflon inserts) and a special inclined blade suitable for cutting penne into the typical shape that we all know with a precise and clean cut.
