Description
GN2 gnocchi machine is suitable for the production of ridged, smooth or chicche (small) gnocchi. The GN2 model allows the processing of gnocchi both hot and cold. The machinery is equipped with an electrical panel and a control panel of the functions, both complete with safety devices required by current CE regulations. The machine is built entirely of stainless steel, the various components are easily removable and allow easy cleaning to the user. Together with the GN2, a special plate is supplied for the production of chicche (small gnocchi).
