Description
Thermosealer with gas injection which can vacuum pack food in trays thanks to a completely automatic working cycle. It perfectly fits the needs of fresh pasta workshops as can pack and preserve food products in hermetically sealed trays. Thanks to the gas intake, fresh pasta is neither crushed nor damaged by the action of the vacuum, so as to considerably increase the shelf life of the product.

These were a lot of fun to use, although sometimes hard to fully clean. However, soaking it for a little while in baking soda + citric acid removed any stubborn bits of leftover pasta.
