Wire payment overseas and was kept updated via e-mail. Very professional company. The pasta machine arrived well-packaged in a heavy wooden crate. Beautiful machine ! Excellent instruction manual in multiple languages. After a few trial runs, my wife and I are consistently making spectacular fresh pasta to have in the fridge all week. It also makes plenty to take to Sunday dinner for the rest of the family. We started with 5 different dyes and can't wait to order more pasta shape dyes as birthday gifts over time. Highly recommend.
