Description

Used electric pasta pasteurizer P30-B, it allows to pasteurize fresh short, long and filled pasta (ravioli, cappelletti, agnolotti) with a dwell time in the steam room of 30 seconds to 3 minutes; it is equipped with a continuous belt with adjustable speed, stainless steel frames to collect the product, fans and resistors designed for the correct sanitation of fresh pasta and a control panel from which it is possible to set the desired temperature for pasteurization. The structure of the P30-B model is entirely made of AISI 304 steel and complies with current CE standards.

Communication with their team was clear and helpful throughout the process, and the machine arrived well packaged in a wooden crate with all the accessories and manuals included. The MPF 1,5N pasta machine works really well. We have already made several types of pasta multiple times and the results have been excellent. The extrusion quality is very good and the pasta comes out with great texture. It has been easy to use and clean, and overall the machine feels very solid and well built. Shipping to the United States went smoothly and the order arrived exactly as described. Overall I am very happy with the purchase and the service from Lineapasta.
