Description

Fresh pasta maker TR 75E with stainless steel body and incorporated fan, suitable for the production of various types of fresh pasta.
The components in contact with the pasta are made of stainless steel or bronze for food use.
The moving parts are mounted on ball bearings with long-life seals.
Drive with single-phase electric motor, with belt transmission and maintenance-free gearbox, and chain transmission for the mixer.
TR 75E is equipped with height-adjustable support feet with plastic caps and the electrical cable is of the flame-retardant type, (plug not supplied).
Easy disassembly of the work parts that allow access to each part of the machine for complete cleaning.
The machine includes a carafe for measuring liquids and the ring nut key.

OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES:

- Brass-bronze dies for the production of the pasta type depending on the chosen format
- Electronic knife PRO for short and long pasta
