Description
This beechwood pasta cutter rolling pin allows you to score and cut the pasta sheet into 7 mm fettuccine. This tool features fixed-spaced grooves that facilitate and speed up the production of large quantities of handmade long pasta without the use of a pasta machine with special cutters. This rolling pin has a total length of 32 cm (with a 16 cm pasta cutter) and a diameter of 4 cm, making it suitable for both home and professional use. The beechwood pasta cutter rolling pin si also available for the long pasta shapes 3 mm spaghetti, 5 mm tagliatelle, and 12 mm pappardelle.
