Description

Electronic cuter for Fimar Lilly PF40E pasta machine. Accessory suitable for cutting short pasta on machine produced by Fimar model Lilly PF40E. No preparation is required, just connect the cutter plug to the machine. The cutter is supplied with single blade cutting and double blade cutting.

Please note that the electronic short pasta cutter cannot be used with certain dies: special shapes that require a clean cut with the scraper or shapes with a central extrusion insert.

Pacchero pasta, by its very nature, has a fairly large diameter, and unfortunately, when used on very small dies like those of the PF25E or PF40E, the hole inevitably ends up central to the die, forcing manual cutting. We always recommend contacting us before purchasing to ensure the chosen format is compatible with electronic cutting.

Il pacchero per sua natura ha un diametro abbastanza importante e purtroppo quando viene portato su trafile molto piccole come quelle delle PF25E o PF40E, inevitabilmente il foro risulta centrale rispetto alla trafila, costringendo a procedere con il taglio manuale. Consigliamo sempre di contattarci prima dell'acquisto se si vuole essere sicuri che il formato scelto sia compatibile con il taglio elettronico.

As indicated in the electronic cutter description, it is used for cutting short pasta shapes. Pici and spaghetti are long pasta shapes and must be cut by hand using a special electronic cutter designed specifically for long pasta (available only for some machines).
