Description
Cooling collar for the La Monferrina P3 pasta machine, designed to cool the extrusion cylinder and die during fresh pasta production and allow for multiple consecutive cycles without the risk of overheating the die. The connecting ring consists of two interlocking semicircles, custom-designed to fit around the extrusion cylinder of the La Monferrina P3 pasta machine. The water recirculation hoses are connected via special connectors. Two one-meter hoses are included with the collar.
