Description
Closed-loop cooling kit for Fimar MPF 2,5N pasta machine, specifically designed to cool down the die and the extrusion cylinder during fresh pasta production and it allows for multiple consecutive cycles without overheating the machine. The cooling kit includes a clear plastic tank with lid, a water circulation pump with adjustable speed and hoses connecting directly to the coupling ring, which is positioned around the MPF 2,5N's extrusion cylinder.
This cooling kit works simply by allowing water to flow between the collar and the tank. The water in the tank will therefore tend to rise slightly in temperature during use, so during prolonged use, it will be necessary to add cold water or ice in it.
