Description
Aluminum ricer designed for making passatelli, suitable for both domestic and professional use. This tool consists of a circular container with a diameter of 90 mm diameter and 5,5 mm holes on the bottom. These holes, through a crushing process, produce the passatelli pasta shape. This pasta masher can also be used as a potato ricer.
