Description
Aluminum ricer designed for making passatelli, suitable for both professional and home use. This tool consists of a circular container with a diameter of 85 mm and 3,5 mm holes on the bottom. These holes, through a pressing process, produce the passatelli pasta shape. This pasta masher can also be used as a potato ricer.
