Description
Machine particularly suitable for the production of stuffed pasta stuffed with meat fillings, can also work stuffed with lean, ricotta, cheese, pumpkin, etc. An interchangeable mold system allows the production of different formats. The filling supply is continuous and automatic. The machine is set up to adjust the speed of the pastry, depending on the format. The various functions are controlled by independent motovariators.
