Monferrina Dolly is a small, compact and reliable countertop machine, suitable for both restaurants and those who love good homemade pasta. It kneads any type of flour and produces long and short dough with the simple change of the die. The machine has an external structure in anodized aluminum and parts in contact with the pasta in stainless steel, safety button, power indicator and complies with current accident prevention regulations.
The machine includes 4 standard brass-bronze dies while the penne die and PTFE dies have to be bought apart. It can be supplied on request with a rotating cutting knife for short pasta shapes. It is also possible to combine Dolly with the manual double sheet ravioli maker in the 34x40 mm format to produce ravioli with different types of fillings.
Warning: due to the high temperature that develops in the extrusion cylinder and in the die, is recommended not to exceed two consecutive production cycles (a cycle consists of the mixing phase and the pasta extrusion phase).
Lineapasta provides, together with the machines and only to its customers, a user guide together with a pasta recipe book in paper format, to be used with our professional machines, created by our pasta technician.

It was stated that the delivery term was DAP, but DHL was not able to deliver the product at our address. We had to arrange a special car to pick the pallet from the airport with an extra expense. It would be better to know this in advance from your side.

We are sorry for the inconvenience, we have delivered several times to Turkey and have never received this type of report. It is possible that your address was not covered by the local couriers and therefore you were contacted to go and collect the goods.

I was initially a bit hesitant to order this extruder from another country, but in the end my concerns were unfounded. Nicola was a pleasure to do business with and my machine arrived safe and sound within a few weeks. I will absolutely do business with Lineapasta in the future.
