The dryer is built in insulating panels joined together to eliminate all internal and external thermal points.

The panels are insulated with polyurethane injection and are PVC coated. A particular internal design has been developed, which allows to obtain a uniformity of the air, temperature and humidity flows which allows a homogeneous drying in all the points of the dryer.

The entire drying cycle is controlled by humidity and temperature probes.

The automatic drying system is equipped with a PLC that allows you to choose, using a touch screen display, the most suitable recipe for the pasta format that you want to dry. This procedure allows an excellent final result guaranteed by the end of process control by means of residual moisture test and end of cycle stop.

Three drying phases can be chosen; slow for the most demanding producers who are looking for a high quality product, quick to reduce costs and drying times and finally a phase studied by the customer according to their needs.
