Ottimo il servizio ed i prodotti. Solo che non mi hanno rilasciato il certificato tax-free né la fattura di cui avevo bisogno per dichiarare il prodotto in dogana e ottenere il rimborso dell'IVA.

Dato che la merce è stata spedita in Italia, la fattura è stata emessa con il 22% di IVA. Con quella fattura potete recarvi in dogana in aeroporto e comunicare che state esportando la merce acquistata in Italia, in questo modo dovrebbero rimborsarvi l'IVA italiana che avete pagato sul vostro acquisto.

The service and products were excellent. However, they didn't provide me with the tax-free certificate or the invoice I needed to declare the product at customs and get a VAT refund.

Since the goods were shipped to Italy, the invoice was issued with 22% VAT. With that invoice, you can go to customs at the airport and declare that you are exporting the purchased goods to Italy. This should refund the Italian VAT you paid on your purchase.
