Fresh pasta maker TR 50

Fresh pasta maker TR 50 is suitable for the production of various types of fresh pasta for small workshops or home use. The components in contact with pasta are made of stainless steel or bronze for food use. The moving parts are mounted on ball bearings with long-life seals. Drive with single-phase electric motor, with belt transmission and maintenance-free gearbox, and chain transmission for the mixer. TR 50 is equipped with height-adjustable support feet with plastic caps and the electrical cable is of the flame-retardant type, with plug. Easy disassembly of the work parts that allow access to each part of the machine for complete cleaning. The machine includes a carafe for measuring liquids and a key for the ring nut.

Attention: it is recommended not to go beyond two consecutive production cycles (a cycle consists of the mixing phase and the pasta extrusion phase). At the end of the two cycles, the machine must be switched off, carefully cleaned of any residual dough and left to cool for at least an hour.
