Professional pasta maker Vip/2

Vip/2 is an automatic pasta machine which kneads and extrudes flour pasta with or without egg in different shapes: just insert the ingredients and in a few minutes pasta is ready in the types and sizes you want.
Vip/2 is made of stainless steel and all the parts in contact with pasta are easily removable, as to guarantee the maximum hygiene and cleaning.
Having movements on ball bearings and lifetime lubrication, it is virtually maintenance-free.
Vip/2 is built according to national and international safety regulations.

Attention: it is recommended not to go beyond two consecutive production cycles (a cycle consists of the mixing phase and the pasta extrusion phase). At the end of the two cycles, the machine must be switched off, carefully cleaned of any residual dough and left to cool for at least an hour.

No dies are included with Vip/2.
