Pasta dryer EC 12

EC 12 is a dryer with humidity control that can dry fresh pasta. It consists of a single door cabinet and is equipped with a rack, which can hold up to 12 plastic frames. The electrical panel is equipped with a dryer board that allows you to save up to twenty different drying recipes, each repeatable according to production needs and composed up to thirty cycles. The walls of EC 12, which are 30 mm thick, consist of a prepainted steel sheet casing and are filled with high thermal-tightness polyurethane foam. The EC 12 is equipped with two motorized valves that allow the leakage of humid air when the set threshold is exceeded, while they close automatically when the internal humidity value falls below the programmed parameter. For each cycle it is possible to program a series of variable data such as temperature, humidity, break time, ventilation on both sides and a number of repetitions before moving on to the next cycle.
