La Monferrina Dolly is a small countertop machine, compact and reliable; it is suitable both for restaurants and for people who like good home-made pasta. It can knead by using any kind of flour and it produces long and short pasta shapes changing the die. Its external structure is made of anodized aluminium and the parts that are in contact with pasta are made of stainless steel; it includes a safety button and a switch light. It respects all accident prevention regulations in force.
The machine is complete with 4 metal dies while the penne die and PTFE dies have to be bought apart. It can be supplied (on request) with a rotating cutting knife for short pasta shapes.
Attention: it is recommended not to go beyond two consecutive production cycles (a cycle consists of the mixing phase and the pasta extrusion phase). At the end of the two cycles, the machine must be switched off, carefully cleaned of any residual dough and left to cool for at least an hour.
N.B.:
Lineapasta supplies together with the machines and only to its customers, a user, maintenance and installation manual in paper and digital format with also a pasta recipe book, to be used with our professional machines.

I was initially a bit hesitant to order this extruder from another country, but in the end my concerns were unfounded. Nicola was a pleasure to do business with and my machine arrived safe and sound within a few weeks. I will absolutely do business with Lineapasta in the future.

Really a good product very good results. With friendly staff on the phone who follow you where there are difficulties. At the time of purchase they gave me information that turned out to be fair and truthful.

Veramente un buon prodotto ottimi risultati. Con personale Gentile al telefono che ti seguono ove ci sono delle difficoltà. Al momento dell’acquisto mi hanno dato delle informazioni che si sono rilevate giuste e veritiere.
Everyone was great in terms of professionalism and courtesy. Machine well done and excellent quality materials. Probably too small for my needs after two hours of work needs a long break due to the achievement of high engine group temperatures.
