Combined machine P2 Pleasure mixer / extruder ravioli with double bowl + extruder (used only 2 years) (3,5 Kw)
Technical Data: Automatic Sheeter preparing the dough, it produces automatically with a single pass of the dough about mm. 2.5 thick and the rolls automatically on rollers by means of a winder. The machine is complete with a group raviolatore for the production of ravioli double sheet already detached, interchangeable dies. The molds for ravioli may be replaced with a simple gesture. (Perfect for small and medium-catering) Production pastry: 50 Kg / h Production ravioli: 75/85 Kg / h Voltage: 380V 50Hz III currently fitted with mains adapter for 220V three-phase.
