Automatic sheeter and ravioli machine, patented for the production of any type of pasta. It can produce extruded pasta in all formats thanks to the screw placed under the kneading vat, it can produce detached ravioli in different formats simply by replacing the mold and it can produce lasagna and tagliatelle of various widths and thicknesses which, using a patented rotating mold, allows to select 4 types of pasta in different sizes with variable thickness and length.
The constructive simplicity allows the disassembly of the parts for an easy and complete cleaning. All parts in contact with pasta and filling are made of stainless steel and materials suitable for food. All the various functions are controlled separately by life-type lubrication motors. All safety devices comply with the laws in force.
