Description
The P12 is an extremely reliable automatic extrusion pasta machine, which is used for small to medium production in restaurants, pasta shops, hotels, pizzerias and delicatessens. The structure is made completely of stainless steel, and operation is simple and efficient.
Components include:
•2 Tanks that can work simultaneously and stainless steel screw
•Stainless steel shaft which can be dismantled for cleaning and maintenance
•Dies for every kind of pasta (12, i.e. Strozzapreti, Spaghetti alla chitarra, ruote grandi, ruote piccole, rigatoni, gnocchi sardi, etc....)
•Automatic pasta cutter with speed variation and stainless steel blade
•Fan for rapid drying of product
•Stainless steel stand
