Description
The CA 250DV is an automatic double vat pasta sheeter (25 + 35 kg) for the production of pasta sheet with a width of 250mm and with a production of about 250 kg/h.
The rear vat kneads the dough and then it is turned upside down on the front vat which, using an air cylinder, produces a sheet with a thickness of 5mm.
The machine is entirely made with stainless steel and the inside can be completely opened to enable a deep cleaning and sanitization.
All the machine's functions are controlled by motor reducers and all the safety devices are by law.
Also available in single vat version.
