Combined machine for the production of ravioli, laminated pasta, tagliatelle of different sizes and cuts. Sheet width: 160mm
Composed of:
- stainless steel mixing tank
- laminating group of the sheet
- belt system for rolling and cutting the sheet
- double sheet ravioli machine group with the possibility to interchange the molds
- cutting lamination unit for the production of tagliatelle in different formats and lasagne, with the possibility of adjustment of the thickness of the pasta
- stainless steel structure
- electrical panel and control panel of the functions with the respective safety devices built according to the current EEC standards
