Description
The machine is equipped with a big hopper for the dough from where it is transported to the shaping die through a screw.
The die has a diameter of 40/60 mm., with smooth or striped edges.
Dough must have a good consistency so to facilitate the cut which is obtained through a metallic wire. The product thickness is adjustable.
The product is transported by a conveyor having the possibility to rotate at about 180 degree.
The machine is mounted on a trolley with wheels, manutactured with high quality materials and in respect of all accident prevention regulations in force.
