Description
The machines of the series GNX are suitable for high production of gnocchi.
The machine can work pre-prepared cold or warm dough.
The production takes places by a forming process opereted by 3 rollers.
Possibility to adjust the gnocchi rifling.
The gnocchi flour dusting is done automatically by means of a flour tank and a flour recovery system.
Machines are easily disassembled for cleaning purposes at the end of production process and are provided with control panel system located at machine side, built in respect of all accident prevention regulations in force
All parts in contact with dough are made in stainless steel, while the structure is in aluminium EN AW 6082 T6.
