Pasta sheeter Cilindro 170 La Monferrina is a fast and practical machine that can sheet pasta in different thicknesses, also very thin with a sheet width of 170 mm.
Can be provided on request with a cylinder of 420mm to sheet also pasta for pizza pizza depositing it directly into the pan.

All machines are made of anodized aluminium in their external structure and the parts that are in contact with pasta are made of stainless steel. They include a safety button and a switch light; they respect all accident prevention regulations in force.

Lineapasta supplies together with the machines and only to its customers, a user, maintenance and installation manual in paper and digital format with also a pasta recipe book, to be used with our professional machines.

OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES:

Tagliatelle Group: it produces long pasta in three different sizes: tagliolini (2 mm), tagliatelle (6 mm) and pappardelle (12 mm).

Ravioli Group: it carries out the production of perfect ravioli strips, in various shapes and with different types of soft fillings made of vegetables, cheese, meat and other kinds of mixed fillings. It uses pasta sheet mm 170 wide.

Press Group: it carries out the production of all kinds of extruded pasta by simply replacing the extruding die (both bronze and PTFE dies are available: bronze die extrude a rough pasta while PTFE dies extrude a smooth and more transparent pasta). It includes a rotating cutting knife for short pasta.

Gnocchi Group: it carries out the production of gnocchi made of potatoes or made of potatoes flakes in various dimensions and with additional ingredients such as tomatoes or spinaches. The assembly of all the accessories is simple and practical. Some units can also be used in combination with some other machines in our production range.
