The RA 120 ravioli machine is an automatic machine with interchangeable molds that uses two 120mm wide sheets for ravioli production ranging from 40 to 80 kg/h.
The filling dosage, which can be of any consistency, takes place automatically thanks to a piston dispenser and allows the adjustment of the filling quantity inserted in the product while the machine is running.

Designed to work both independently by loading the 2 pasta sheet rolls or in direct combination with a press.

The molds (which can be purchased separately) allow to obtain both separated or attached string of ravioli of any shape, from classic to special ones such as in the shape of a Christmas tree, or even specialties such as "emapanadas" or "pierogi" and many other forms on request.

All parts in contact with the filling are removable and washable, as well as the molds can be completely opened to facilitate cleaning.
Electrical system, control panel and safety devices are all in accordance with CEE standards.
