Lineapasta is one of the most impressive companies I have ever dealt with for customer service - anywhere and for any product! We just received the TR 50 and so are still learning to use it. The extruder is very well made. All parts of metal and not cheap plastic like some I have seen. I would highly recommend Lineapasta and will use them again to purchase equipment for our nonprofit, Sanctuary Baking in Maine, USA.

Cleanup is easy as well, so for me, fresh pasta is available every day. The unit is heavy duty and I have had no issues at all. Quality is so good, I've even bought the cutter attachment as well as many other dies. All have been used and are top notch.

I’m very impressed. I could only give 4 and a 4 because delivery was longer than stated and there was a tiny programming problem. This latter was fixed speedily and there must be Covid and Brexit port problems to be considered. All in all, I am very happy with Lineapasta.

The tool for removing die should not be painted as the paint falls off from tool, its better to keep it unpainted in stainless steel. Otherwise its a great product.

The pasta machine was shipped very quickly and arrived from Padua to the USA in about a week with great communication from the export agents Elena and Alice. We love the machine and making fresh pasta. The hopper lid creates a lot vibration noise and could benefit from a rubber lip to dampen the noise. I have ordered a total of 9 dies from Lineapasta which are offered at the best prices for these quality Italian brass components. The metal structure of the machine is built to withstand many years of use and is easy to clean. Great product and service. Thank you.

Hello! I’ve had a stress-free experience with the purchase as well use of the machine. My only suggestion would be to include some sort of cleaning tools and tips for it. I’ve figured it out now, but when it has just arrived, I was a bit afraid to do something wrong to damage it. Some videos for maintenance and use and cleaning tools would be a great addition! But thank you either way for my wonderful extruder!

Unfortunately when you make the 2 kg dough, often it pushs the lid up and the machine stops because of the safety switch. We solved the problem with a weight on top of it, could be useful a kind of lock to block the lid during the process

Cependant je dois vous dire que l’appareil est arrivé avec le bouton de réglage de vitesse cassé car il était posé dans le carton sans aucune protection pour le caler. Je l’ai réparé moi même.

The packaging used for transportation is absolutely inadequate. In particular, a polystyrene was used which crumbled and entered all the empty spaces of the machine, including the engine, and was difficult to eliminate.

Quality of the service perfect and fast in the answers and Mrs. Alice very kind. For now only a problem with the pallet that we had to change because it was not fumigated.
We haven't tried the product yet.

Lineapasta Staff: we checked, the pallet was fumigated. Probably at customs they have not seen the stamping on the pallet.

Qualità del servizio perfetto e veloce nelle risposte e la Sig.ra Alice gentilissima. Per ora solo un problema con il pallet che lo abbiamo dovuto cambiare perchè non era fumigato.
Il prodotto ancora non lo abbiamo provato.

Lineapasta staff: abbiamo verificato, il pallet era fumigato. Probabilmente in dogana non hanno visto la timbratura sul pallet.
