Short pasta line for the production of dry pasta with a capacity of 1000kg / h composed as follows:
- Storci turbomixer
- Stainless steel vacuum mixer
- Compression screw 170mm diameter
- Bassano press head for extruder diameter 520mm
- Removable cutting unit
- Trabatto Axor 1200 Kg/h axor ocrim
- Elevator belt
- Rotary pre-dryer (Replacement of the internal cage in 2011)
- Bucket elevator
- 7 floor dryer with cooler included at the exit of the top floor.
