Bell vacuum machine allows food to be practically packaged and prolong storage time, keeping the organoleptic characteristics intact. Thanks to the vacuum e ect and to the sealing, food storage is notably prolonged. The machine is made in stainless steel, and has a moulded tank with a transparent plexiglass lid.
