Description
AO 200 gas pasteurizer for the heat treatment of fresh and filled pasta; heating system with boiler integrated into the machine and heat exchanger immersed in water.
The system adopted eliminates heat loss in the environment and reduces consumption to the maximum, allowing yields of 90/92%.
The temperature of the pasteurization chamber is adjustable (100°C) as well as the temperature at the core of the product (70-90°C, depending on the product).
The duration of the pasteurization process is about 80-160 seconds depending on the size of the product.
Completely built in stainless steel.
The main features of the pasteurizer for long, short and filled fresh pasta are:
- Steam production areas and roof made with insulated stainless steel panels for maximum thermal insulation
- Stainless steel mesh belt pulled by side chains sliding on stainless steel guides
- Adjustable belt speed for residence times in the steam chamber from 0,5 to 3,5 min
- Extraction hoods for superfluous vapors with adjustable shutters
- Product fixing and drying chamber with quartz lamps and electric fans
