Information

Combined pasta machine P1 for kneading and sheeting produced by La Monferrina.
It is a multi-purpose pasta machine to produce a fine sheet and, with specific insertion groups included, it can also produce tagliatelle and gnocchi.

P1 can knead and sheet simultaneously. Its function is practical and simple, it is also completely removable for quick cleaning and maintenance.
It has the external structure in anodised aluminum and the parts in contact with the stainless steel paste; complies with the accident prevention regulations in force.

 

ACCESSORIES:

Tagliatelle group: produces long pasta in three different formats: tagliolini (2 mm), tagliatelle (6 mm), and pappardelle (12 mm).

Gnocchi group: produces potatoes or flour gnocchi, even with added components such as tomatoes or spinach.
