- long cut pasta, short cut pasta and sheet pasta for lasagnas; with the easy replacement of the die you can extrude spaghetti, tagliatelle, maccheroni, fusilli and many other pasta shapes;
- ravioli in different shapes, in a fast and easy way, thanks to the interchangeable moulds and the option of preparing the sheet spools with automatic sheet roller;
- gnocchi and chicche, with their special accessory, which easily fits into the ravioli unit.
