The combined pasta machine Modula is a professional machine for the production of fresh pasta. It is designed for restaurants, gastronomies, bakeries and all those professionals who want to produce different types of fresh and dry pasta in a limited space and with a moderate investment. Thanks to its easy assembly, the modular structure of the machine allows it to be used alone or to be integrated later with the various additional parts.
The nucleus of the Modula combined pasta machine is the sheeter cylinder, which produces the sheet to be used with the other components of the machine or for the preparation of lasagna.

To the cylinder it is possible to apply:
- the folding kneading vat, with removable mixer shaft for an easy cleaning;
- the three-sized cutter to make tagliolini, spaghetti alla chitarra, tagliatelle and pappardelle;
- the double sheet ravioli machine with interchangeable moulds replaceable in a few seconds, it can ensure you to produce different sizes of ravioli;
- the potato gnocchi and chicche group complete with flouring unit.

The innovative calibrator roll protection mechanism guarantees maximum safety and makes it easier to use.
Modula components are made of stainless steel and other materials suitable for culinary use.
