The model A/540 ravioli and cappelletti forming machine has a very robust construction.

All parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel, easily disassembled for thorough cleaning. High quality commercial components are available on all international markets. The quantity of beats per minute of the mold is variable according to the format of the product.
The thickness of the dough and the amount of filling are adjustable. The molding machine can be completed by a scrapping system and by a group of conveyor belts for the scraps of the sheet.
