Fresh pasta machine with double vat and variator MAC 300VR
Description
The MAC 300VR fresh pasta machine is a double vat press with electric speed variator suitable for the continuous production of short and long pasta with a productivity from 300 to 360 Kg/h.
It is made entirely of stainless steel, is mounted on height-adjustable feet and comes complete with ladder. It also complies with international accident prevention and hygiene standards.
The MAC 300VR tank press is equipped with an automatic dough transfer system from the upper tank to the extrusion tank.
The extrusion cylinder is equipped with a circuit designed for cooling by means of a closed-circuit refrigeration unit complete with a probe for temperature control and with a display. It is also equipped with a pressure switch for pressure control with safety device to stop the machine in case the pressure is too high. The basic model uses a kneading tank that can operate fully automatically and continuously if equipped with a pre-mixer with dispenser.
